coaching

£60/hour — The workhorse. A block of up to six sessions based on your development need. First meeting, where we discuss what you want to achieve, is free. Can be either face to face or over Skype/phone or a combination.

MBTI - profile and feedback

£175 — Getting to know you. You complete a questionnaire then receive a detailed profile delivered during a 1.5 hour feedback session. Either face to face or on Skype/phone. You take away a printed/pdf profile.  Additional feedback sessions on request.

flash coaching

£40 - Quick but not dirty.  In 30 minutes we’ll define the problem and give you space to identify the solution. Perfect for that niggly issue or to prepare for a big conversation.

Additional feedback/follow up sessions

£60/hour— Please sir… These are useful when you have set goals and actions and want to review them. Use in additional to a standard profile feedback session or follow up from a set of coaching.

team workshops

£500/day plus profiles - Available for groups of up to 16. Surprisingly effective for teams who are struggling or who want to excel. We use profiles and interactive exercises to explore ourselves and others to create better teamworking and personal effectiveness. Also useful for groups of managers or leaders wanting to improve their impact.
