Who am I?

Erica Stewart-Jones

I work in learning and development because my interest is people. When people understand each other and themselves better things become easier and the impossible can be achievable.

I am a Head of Learning & Development and coach extensively at all levels of business.

I have worked in the NHS, as an L&D consultant for banks, pharmaceuticals and oil and gas and now work in the charity sector. Everywhere that people can develop themselves to be more effective and finally reach their goals - i.e. everywhere.
